Cullman Campus Children’s Pastor

Our church is hiring a Kids Pastor—someone who knows how to develop people, raise the bar, and create a ministry that impacts both kids and the adults who lead them.

What this role really is:
You’ll be leading teams of small group leaders, nursery and preschool teachers—but more than that, you’ll be pastoring leaders, not just managing classrooms. This is about building a culture where volunteers grow, take ownership, and lead at a high level.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a couple years of experience leading and developing teams (not just filling spots)

• Knows how to recruit and raise up high-caliber leaders, not just dependable helpers

• Is wired to set standards, not maintain the status quo

• Brings an “extra mile” mindset—ownership, initiative, and follow-through matter here

• Can communicate clearly, consistently, and with purpose

• Is comfortable using tools like Planning Center and Google Workspace

• Understands that great kids ministry starts with great adult leadership and someone who LOVES impacting the next generation
