CULLMAN CAMPUS PRODUCTION DIRECTOR

Department: Production

Job Title: Cullman Campus Production Director

Direct Report: Cullman Campus Pastor

Dotted Line: Global Service Programming Director

1. Purpose of the Job:

To oversee and provide vision for Cullman Campus production ministries in light of the vision of the Lead Pastor, Cullman Campus Pastor and Global vision.

2. Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

CULLMAN CAMPUS

  • Work in partnership with Worship and Creative for creating the atmosphere for the weekly weekend worship services.

  • Build teams and train leaders in the overall Cullman Campus production ministry through a measurable recruiting/training/assimilation process and discipleship process. 

  • Build relationships with Cullman Campus production ministry volunteers.

  • Lead, develop and disciple a CC Production Lead Team who assist with the operation and leadership of Daystar Production CC.

  • Partner with Worship to assure weekly organization of main auditorium, backstage and storage areas (cleanliness, areas organized, and auditorium chairs in order).

  • Communicate with production team leaders at our other Daystar campuses in regards to the weekend broadcast.

  • Assist with CC pastoral care as scheduled.

  • Provide vision, oversight, and management for the Daystar College practicum students who choose to serve within the Production Ministry for their Practicum hours.

  • Provide support and leadership for Daystar Students Production.

  • Properly staff and equip any events hosted by Daystar Church CC with production elements as needed.

  • Lead a small group every Semester and foster small groups within Production & CC.

  • Stay up to date on all production trends, technology, standards and best practices.

  • Maintain personal, spiritual and professional growth in discipleship through podcasts, conferences, book reading & scripture.

  • Perform other ministry tasks as assigned by the Cullman Campus Pastor.
