The Opportunity

The Madison Associate Campus Pastor (ACP) will support the Campus Pastor in leading people, strengthening teams, and carrying out Daystar’s vision. You’ll take ownership of assigned ministries while helping the campus thrive. This developmental role combines hands-on ministry, coaching, and increasing responsibility to prepare you for future Campus Pastor opportunities.

Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact

• Support the Campus Pastor in executing vision and leading daily campus ministry

• Recruit, train, and pastor Dream Team volunteers and ministry leaders

• Help guests move from their first visit to Next Steps, serving, and community

• Strengthen small groups by developing leaders and helping people get connected

• Coordinate Sunday readiness with ministry teams and follow through on details

• Support engagement and care follow-up so people are known, supported, and discipled

• Partner with campus and Global teams to strengthen ministries and communication

• Provide prayer, pastoral care, and appropriate Biblical coaching support under the Campus Pastor

• Lead a small group and model discipleship

• Grow through mentoring, leadership training, and opportunities to teach and lead

• Help lead outreach and campus events; manage assigned projects, systems, and deadlines
